İkramlık kumpir tarifi Sofra dergisine ait. Sadece malzemesinde bazı ufak değişiklikler yaptım. Kumpir aslında genellikle herkesin çeşitli şekillerde yaptığı bir tarif. Ama bu kumpirin hem yapımı çok kolay hem de sunumu çok hoş. Yani hem göze hem de mideye hitap ediyor…

MALZEMELER:

5 patates

1 çay bardağı bezelye

1 havuç

6-7 adet kornişon turşu

1 küçük kutu konserve mısır

1 çay bardağı rendelenmiş kaşar peyniri

1 çorba kaşığı tereyağı

Tuz

Üzeri için:

Ketçap, mayonez

HAZIRLANIŞI:

Havucu ve bezelyeyi haşlayın. Haşlanmış havuçları ve kornişon turşuyu küp küp doğrayın. Mısırı, bezelyeyi ve rendelenmiş kaşar peynirini de ilave ederek hepsini karıştırın (Sosis, zeytin gibi ilavelerde de bulunabilirsiniz). Bu esnada kabuğu soyulmuş ve 4-5 parçaya bölünmüş patatesleri haşlayın. Rendeleyerek püre haline getirin. Tuzunu ve tereyağını da ilave edin. Patates püresini soğutmadan borcama alın. Altında ince bir tabaka kalacak şekilde ortasını açın ve malzemeleri üzerine yerleştirin. 200 derece fırında 10 dakika kadar fırınladıktan sonra ketçap ve mayonez ile süsleyerek servis yapın.
